Hotel Cost:

$125.00 plus applicable taxes. Participants should make reservations directly with the hotel at 407-351-1000 or 800-843-8693. Hotel cutoff date 2-03-10.

 

Fee:

$75.00 Includes opening reception, luncheon and all conference materials. Late registration fee $100.00 after February 13, 2010.

 

Ground Transportation:         

$35.00 Roundtrip paid directly to Grant Transportation. Contact Phyllis Hancock at (407)325-5878

We look forward to having a great and informative conference. Our theme is “Be Sure To Be Counted”. We will be discussing the Institutes’ role in insuring that everyone is counted during the 2010 Census, Restoration of Civil Rights, and Fair Redistricting in the South.  Check with your local unions and/or CLC for sponsorship.
